What are your fees?

Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA includes assessing for adult Autism) up to 240 minutes: $950 (with $250 deposit to hold appointment)

A CCA is a full evaluation with specific portions for Autism. You and the provider will explore your mental health history and examine stuck points in your life today.

After the assessment is done, the provider will work on a report that notes everything you shared along with their summary of results and recommendations. About two weeks after the initial evaluation, you and the provider will meet for a brief session to review the report and ensure it reflects your true experience.

Between the initial evaluation and follow-up session, you can submit additional information for the provider to take into consideration for the final report. You get to decide how and with whom the final report is shared.

The price includes the initial evaluation, the time spent writing the report, the follow-up session, and any referrals that you request. You may opt to schedule additional sessions at the pricing below.

Basic Intake Assessment at 90 minutes: $280 (with $50 deposit to hold appointment)

Do you accept insurance?

Panacea Mental Wellness, PLLC and its providers are out of network (OON) for all health insurance carriers. Depending on your plan, a certain percentage of your service fee may be paid back to you by your health insurance company.

Some health insurance companies will reimburse clients for counseling services, and some will not. Some conditions for which people seek counseling do not qualify for reimbursement. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card beforehand to find out their “out-of-network” (OON) reimbursement rates for telehealth-based mental health services.

We are happy to provide you with a form (“Superbill”) you can submit to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement. If requested, a superbill will be provided for services that are paid at the full-fee rate. The option to submit an insurance Superbill cannot be used in combination with sliding scale fees for services. Services that have been provided and are not yet paid will not be included on superbills.

Most health insurance companies require that a mental health diagnosis be recorded before agreeing to reimburse you. Therefore, a recorded diagnosis will be necessary if you are interested in submitting a Superbill to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement.

If a qualifying diagnosis is appropriate in your case, we will inform you of the diagnosis BEFORE you submit a Superbill to your health insurance company.

What type of payments do you accept?

If you are a new client, payment will be taken at the beginning of your first session. If you are an existing client, payment will be run at the end of each session. Payment of full fee is required.

All major credit cards (including FSA and HSA) and bank transfers (ACH) are accepted. Payments are made through your online portal.
