Authentic Therapy in Eastern North Carolina

Want to improve your relationships with others?

Maybe you want more authentic friendships, or perhaps you are looking for improved communication with your partner(s). You may be struggling with social situations, or wishing you could show up as your true self at work and school. Perhaps you’re feeling alone even when you’re around others.

Whatever obstacles you’re facing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

  • Difficulty making and maintaining friendships
  • Trying to reconnect with your partner(s)
  • Wanting to enjoy spending time with others rather than dreading it

Authentic Therapy can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can live into your values. You can improve your relationships. You can find relief from all of the stress. And we can help you get there.

Authentic Therapy helps you do these things:

  • Figure out the root of what is going on
  • Understand how you relate to others
  • Learn tools and techniques to address your concerns, so you can live fully again

We’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. Our approach to authentic therapy comes from a place of us as providers showing up as authentic humans and creating a space for you to show up authentically.

You don’t have to live life feeling fake and not confident.

We can help you get there.
